Lucky Dog Software, LLC (“we,” “us”) makes household apps, including Lucky Dog Recipes. This policy describes what information this website collects and how we use it. Each app has its own privacy policy — for Lucky Dog Recipes, see luckydogrecipes.com/privacy.

2. What this site collects

• Contact form. If you write to us, we receive the name, email address, and message you send — used only to read and reply to you.
• Administrator accounts. Company staff sign in to an internal dashboard. Those accounts belong to staff, not visitors.

That’s the list. This site has no advertising, no analytics trackers, and no marketing cookies. Browsing it doesn’t create a profile of you.

3. Email

When we email you — a reply to your message, or service email for staff accounts — it comes from our own addresses (such as noreply@luckydogsoftware.com) through a transactional email provider that processes it on our behalf.

4. What we never do

We never sell your personal information, and we never use it for third-party advertising.

5. When information is shared

We use trusted service providers to operate this site (cloud hosting, authentication, and email delivery), who process data on our behalf and under our instructions. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Data retention & deletion

Contact messages are kept only as long as they’re useful for responding to you. If you want a message you sent deleted, ask us and we’ll remove it.

7. Children’s privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update this page and adjust the effective date above.
