First, the story of Lucky.

Lucky is a real dog. Part Catahoula Leopard Dog, part Pit Bull — merle spots, ice-blue eyes, and a tail that has never once stopped. He was born in Louisiana, where good dogs outnumber open homes, and was relocated to a rescue in Idaho for a second chance. That’s where he found us.
Not long after his adoption, Lucky became seriously ill, and for a while it wasn’t clear he would make it. What followed were months of vet visits, medicine schedules, special meals, and patient, around-the-clock care — until, slowly, the tail came back. Today Lucky is healthy, happy, and reliably underfoot whenever anything is cooking.
We want everyone to be treated as well as he was.
That sentence is the company. It’s why our software is patient instead of pushy, why it never tricks you or holds your data hostage, and why it treats the things you keep in it — recipes, plans, family traditions — like the heirlooms they are.
